有時一大個菠蘿切開,好多時食唔哂,食剩放多幾日又會變壞…… 不妨用剩返既菠蘿整Mocktail,既消暑又唔浪費!
一般做法會直接買菠蘿汁,但若有菠蘿剩,直接用鮮榨菠蘿汁更好味更新鮮~

材料 2杯份量
菠蘿粒 410克
椰奶 200毫升
水 100毫升
蜜糖 2湯匙
冰塊 適量
- 先保留兩片菠蘿作裝飾用。
- 將菠蘿粒、椰奶、清水和蜜糖加入攪拌機,開機攪拌作蓉,然後過篩隔渣。保留菠蘿渣,最後作裝飾用(非必要)。
- 於玻璃杯中加入適量冰塊,然後倒入菠蘿汁。
- 在玻璃杯上放上菠蘿片作裝飾。
- 於飲品上放上少許菠蘿渣作裝飾。(非必要,如不想吃菠蘿渣,可以不加:P)

Pineapple (sliced) 410g
Coconut milk 200ml
Water 100ml
Honey 2 tbsp
Ice cubes
- Keep two slices of the pineapple as a garnish.
- Add the pineapple slices, coconut milk, water and honey into a blender and blend until smooth. Strain the mixture through a sieve.
- Keep the pulp. (optional)
- Add some ice cubes and pour the pineapple mixture into glasses.
- Put some pineapple pulp and a pineapple slices on top. (Optional)
